Roof replacement – I used Premier Construction and Roofing to replace my roof after 30 years. I had delayed it due to the amount of work involved so I kept holding it off. The initial process was very promptly. Once I was ready to do the work, I had moved out of Miami so I thought it would be very complicated. However, they made the whole process much easier than I imagined. They took care of all the permits without an issue, kept me updated evert step of the way. Once they went to work, it was amazing how fast and efficient they worked an updated me with pictures along the way. When they finished, they finalized all the inspections and had no issues.
